    NOTE:This can be a 1-2 month or long-term project

    Intela Staffing is currently seeking ​an Office Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team for a Food Distribution client located in the city of Fullerton! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for the company.

    Responsibilities Office Manager:

    • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
    • QuickBooks to maintain financial records
    • Compute and record numerical data
    • Check the accuracy of business transactions
    • Perform data entry and administrative duties

    Requirements of the Office Manager:

    • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
    • QuickBooks experience is required.
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Assisting in the organization along with other tasks
