Intela Staffing is currently seeking an Office Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team for a Food Distribution client located in the city of Fullerton! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for the company.
Responsibilities Office Manager:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- QuickBooks to maintain financial records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Requirements of the Office Manager:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- QuickBooks experience is required.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Assisting in the organization along with other tasks
