    Job Title: Sales Professional - IT Staffing and Projects

    Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional with a proven track record in selling IT staffing and project services to the California government sector and Federal General Services Administration (GSA). The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of the IT staffing and projects industry, and a successful history of cultivating and managing relationships with government clients.

    Responsibilities:

    Business Development:

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the California government sector and Federal GSA. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. Prospect and engage with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in government agencies to understand their IT staffing and project needs. Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential government clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and negotiations. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored staffing and project solutions to meet their needs. Sales Strategy and Execution:

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the government market and expand the company's presence. Leverage industry knowledge and market insights to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiting, delivery, and finance, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services to clients. Provide feedback and insights to internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation in service offerings. Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales within the IT staffing and projects industry, with a focus on selling to government clients in California and Federal GSA. Strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed. Location: San Diego, California

    Salary: Competitive salary plus commission/bonus structure, based on experience.
