Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and processes to identify opportunities for SAP system improvements and optimizations.

Design SAP solutions that align with business goals and requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

Configure, customize, and implement SAP modules according to project specifications and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide guidance and expertise to junior consultants and team members, assisting with problem-solving and knowledge transfer.

Perform system testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in SAP applications.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Conduct end-user training sessions and workshops to promote understanding and adoption of SAP solutions.

Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Support ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements of SAP systems, ensuring system integrity and performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience as an SAP Consultant or similar role, with a minimum of [X] years in SAP implementation and support.

In-depth knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP ERP (SD, MM, FI/CO), SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/BI, SAP CRM, SAP SCM, etc.

Hands-on experience with SAP customization, configuration, and integration techniques.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business processes and requirements.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Project management experience and familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.

SAP certification(s) preferred.
