Overview: We are seeking a skilled SAP Functional Consultant to join our team. The SAP Functional Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing SAP solutions, and implementing SAP modules to meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more SAP modules and a strong understanding of business processes.

Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Conduct workshops and interviews to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications. Solution Design:

Design SAP solutions that address business requirements and align with best practices and industry standards. Configure SAP modules to support business processes, including but not limited to SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HCM. Customize SAP functionality using ABAP development or SAP configuration tools. Implementation and Deployment:

Lead or supported SAP implementation projects, including system configuration, data migration, and testing. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration of SAP modules with other systems and applications. Provide user training and support during SAP implementation and post-go-live phases. Testing and Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and test cases to validate the functionality and performance of SAP solutions. Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing as needed. Identify and resolve issues and defects in SAP configurations and customizations. Documentation and Training:

Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for end-users and key stakeholders. Continuous Improvement:

Stay current with SAP updates, new features, and industry trends. Recommend enhancements and optimizations to existing SAP solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, with expertise in one or more SAP modules. Strong understanding of SAP business processes and best practices. Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, such as ASAP or Activate. Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, customization, and integration. Proficiency in SAP ABAP development (preferred). Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
