Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Staffing Sales Representative to join our team in the San Diego area. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with clients in the IT staffing industry. Your primary focus will be on selling our staffing solutions to businesses in need of IT professionals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base in the San Diego area.

Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking events, and other lead generation activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and effectively match candidates to job openings.

Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our staffing services and capabilities.

Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Experience working with MSP and signing up new MSP clients.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in IT staffing sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong understanding of the IT industry, including current technologies and trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and objectives.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the San Diego area as needed.
