Job Title: SAP ERP Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP ERP solutions to meet the needs of our organization and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP ERP modules combined with a deep understanding of business processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP ERP solutions.
2. Configure and customize SAP ERP modules according to business needs, including but not limited to Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP).
3. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
4. Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of SAP ERP solutions.
5. Provide end-user training and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SAP ERP landscape.
7. Stay current with SAP ERP technologies, trends, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an SAP ERP Techno-Functional Consultant, with at least [X years] of hands-on experience in SAP implementation projects.
3. In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP modules and integration points, including configuration, customization, and enhancement techniques.
4. Strong technical skills in SAP ABAP programming, SAP Fiori/UI5, and SAP HANA are highly desirable.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
7. SAP certifications in relevant modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
