Qualifications PRE-REQUISITES:

• University degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum two years of experience in sourcing / recruiting for roles in various levels and industries
• Agency and corporate experience would be an asset (research techniques)
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of social media, experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
