    Job Description

    You’ll work across marcom disciplines—social, creative, digital, product, thought leadership, events, demand gen, talent marketing, media relations and internal comms—to infuse our brand into revenue and reputation activities worldwide. You’ll have ample opportunities to flex your creativity writing social and digital copy, leading product and initiative naming exercises, and supporting demand generation campaigns. You’ll also help our 30,000 associates tell NielsenIQ’s story by collaborating directly and indirectly to infuse a consistent brand strategy across all touchpoints.

    This role will be responsible for: 

    • Brand consistency across internal and external touchpoints 

    • NielsenIQ’s brand voice 

    • Global creative copywriting efforts 

    • Product naming creative and process 

    • Ongoing brand communication for internal stakeholders 

    • Brand integration activities 

    • Managing our creative content hub and communicating updates to brand materials 

    • Brand governance and reinvigorating our Brand Ambassador program 

    • Coordinating with agencies and suppliers to direct on-brand execution

    Qualifications 

    • You’ve been lauded for your writing skills, have an impressive ability to simplify complex concepts, and take pride in your precise grammar 

    • You can champion a brand and the rules that make it work and have experience rolling out a new brand identity 

    • You’ve worked on internal brand content hubs and communication 

    • You’ve led or supported brand ambassador groups 

    • You’ve shown the ability to establish trust, credibility, and influence with diverse people and teams.  

    • You know the right times for collaboration, creativity, and execution 

    • You are self-motivated and take initiative. 

    • Your organizational skills make things easier on your teammates, avoid stressful deadlines, and help you shift seamlessly from one task to the next 

    • You know how to balance time for taking care of yourself and taking care of your company and team 

    • You identify with our values: Integrity, Responsibility, and Passion and you believe that the relationships you build are the best part about a job 

    • You enjoy the retail and consumer industry (even if it’s just liking a trip to the grocery store)

     

    Requirements 

    • 3 to 5 years of experience working on global brand marketing (B2B experience preferred) 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related major

    PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3+ years of marketing experience
    • Solid business acumen and understanding of B2B buying engagements
    • Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills 
    • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
    • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at any given time
    • Maniacal discipline on setting and managing priorities and delivering results
    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
