    Job Description

    Reporting to the Vice President of Talent and Culture, the HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER, UNITED STATES will advise, coach, and partner with Intelerad’s Management Team with regard to Talent management, Performance Management, Benefits, Compensation and Rewards, Employee Relations, Organizational Development and Change Management. While the focus for this role will be on United States based employees, the HR Manager will partner with the rest of the T&C team on larger initiatives such as employee development, systems implementations, acquisition integration, and more. Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

     

    • Serve as Human Resources business partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Business Systems team

    • Support the management team by providing a framework, process and tools to identify high potential candidates and facilitate succession planning and development.

    • Work with Learning and Development Manager to deliver training content that supports development programs and meet organizational and employee needs

    • Participate in all disciplinary actions, including termination of employment, and conduct all exit interviews for the functional areas working with as a HRBP

    • Work together with leadership team to ensure that individual and team goals are aligned with organizational goals and defining objectives

    • Serve as subject matter expert for United States human resources policies

    • Partner with HR Generalist and HR Manager, Canada to deliver regular metrics to include but not limited to: attrition, average salary, diversity and inclusion data, engagement survey results, and more.

    • Manage projects or participate as a team member for selected key HR initiatives and ensure alignment. Projects to include but not limited to: software implementation, acquisition integration, change management, and more.

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent working experience
    • 7+ years in Human Resources business partner, consulting, or leadership role. Preferably in technology or software company
    • Proficiency in working with HRIS systems (Ultipro or other)
    • Keep up to date with HR trends and invest in continuous learning
    • Ability to build creative HR solutions which deliver value and meet business needs
