    Position Summary:

    The Bioinformatics Internship is responsible for supporting assigned analytic projects for internal or client requests for Inteliquet Life Sciences.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    This list is not comprehensive but meant to represent the most common or important duties of the position.  Other duties are required and/or assigned.

    • Assess data using both Inteliquet’s proprietary software platform as well as other methodologies.
    • Utilize SQL and other programs to evaluate and aggregate large data sets and multiple sources.
    • Assist in the preparation of oncology patient clinical trial feasibility analyses.
    • Support research, analysis, reporting, and, publishing in blogs, research articles, etc.
    • Prepare, analyze, and present findings, including proposal drafting.
    • Help construct KPI Power BI Dashboard.
    • General market research.
    • Production of slides related to research.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Currently pursuing a Masters or PhD in Bioinformatics, Statistics, Genome Science, or other area in applied data analysis.

    • Strong initiative and demonstrated ability to take ownership of challenging problems.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

     

     

    Education or experience in oncology, clinical research, or health sciences is preferred.
