REQUIREMENTS
• Experience with intellectual property prosecution and litigation matters, particularly with patent and trademark matters;
• Patent drafting experience, and strong research and brief writing skills;
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills;
• Electrical Engineering degree (or its equivalent); and
• JD degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials, and admitted in (and in good standing with) Illinois and as a patent attorney before the USPTO (or taking steps to become admitted in Illinois and as a patent attorney before the USPTO).
