Intellectual Property/Technology Transactions Associate Attorney
Job Description
Our Am Law 100 client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their intellectual property and technology transactions practice group in their Chicago, Los Angeles, New York or San Francisco office. The preferred candidate will have significant experience counseling on the intellectual property aspects of financing, merger and acquisition, joint venture and other strategic transactions. Substantial experience in buy-side and sell-side corporate transactions, including conducting due diligence investigations, and drafting and negotiating license, technology and other commercial contracts, is required. This attorney should be knowledgeable in the main areas of intellectual property.
