A prestigious AM Law 200 firm is seeking an experienced IP Transactions Attorney with a strong patent acquisition, licensing, litigation funding, and corporate structuring background. Hybrid: 3 days in office

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex patent transactions (acquisitions, licensing, funding deals)

• Provide legal counsel on regulatory and governance matters

• Negotiate and draft patent and tech transaction agreements

• Collaborate with stakeholders on business structuring and IP strategy

Qualifications:

• JD from a Top 30 law school (Top 50% of class, 3.0+ GPA)

• 3+ years at a Top 200 AM Law firm

• NC Bar admission preferred

• Strong transactional experience in IP and patents
