Technical Recruiter

Intell Hiring is seeking a savvy and motivated talent acquisition specialist interested in joining our Technical team. This is an opportunity to start on the ground floor, join one of the fastest growing tech-forward staffing startups and work with some of Boston's most innovative companies.

Responsibilities:

• Full life-cycle recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, negotiation of terms & closing)
• Maintaining client relationships to acquire job order volume
• Assisting candidates with tailoring resume and interview preparation
• Ability to multitask and work on several open positions
• Establishing and maintaining a solid networking pipeline for various technical skill sets
• Documenting communications and interactions with candidates in the ATS
• Utilizing various social media outlets and job boards to find and attract passive candidates to include LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Dice
• Ability to collaborate and assist teammates (candidate sharing internally is highly encouraged and rewarded)

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• 2+ years in a Technical Recruiter or relevant position
• Detail oriented
• Entreprenerial
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Tech savvy
• Experience with modern ATS products
• Collaborative
• Personable
• Motivated

Work Details

• Monday - Friday with occasional weekend hours
• Expected OTE $100k+ for a great fit candidate who can deliver results
