We are seeking an ambitious CTO to scale our platform. Successful candidates must be technically proficient in cross-platform B2C applications (social media or gaming background preferred) for iOS, Android, PWA, and preferably also Windows App using Angular, Ionic 5 framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, Net Core, C#. Understanding of sustainable UX systems, security, and other DevOps functionalities is also preferred.

Candidates should understand that while the product must maintain a professional level of consistency and reliability, the only constant is change. Technology roadmap is planned for the next 2 years, and a very aggressive plan for scaling the team, the reach, and the features of the platform is expected. This is the right job for someone who wants to be the CTO of a global powerhouse and has the skills and audacity to grow a platform and team to that scope. You should be bored at any corporate job, love building teams as much as coding beside them, and comfortable with championing your own ideas with peers.

The position and those of all reports and colleagues are remote, so proactive communication and managerial comfort with project management software are essential, as is a willingness to be flexible with hours. On the flip side, flexibility with hours is accounted for leadership as well, and the candidate is free to live and work wherever suits them.
