Job Description

We are seeking a Software Implementation Analyst to join our team! You will lead new implementations of our Enterprise Software Applications at State and Local organizations across North America.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage implementations of the company's products to new customers
• Create, update project plans using Microsoft Project
• Create software requirements documents and interface specifications
• Schedule, lead and document project status meetings with both internal and customer staffs
• Configure complex timekeeping and union work rules, test configurations and document them
• Configure complex Public Safety schedules for Police, Fire, Sheriff, Corrections, Healthcare
• Communicate project tasks, milestones and issues with upper management

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• One or more year's experience in computer software implementation and configuration for Enterprise class applications
• Professional business speaking voice and ability to communicate to senior executives
• Familiarity with large complex software applications
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Experience with large complex applications like ERP, Workforce Automation, Public Safety Scheduling
• Ability to travel 15% when safe again
