Job Requirement: Intelligence Integration (HQ SpOC S2Z) - CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD
Position Title: Intelligence Integration Specialist (SME)
Location: HQ Space Operations Command (SpOC), Peterson Space Force Base, CO
Key Responsibilities:
§ Assist HQ SpOC S2Z in overseeing the implementation of higher headquarters intelligence policies and guiding documentation (e.g., SpFI 13-604, System Acceptance Process, SpFI 14-111, Acquisitions Intelligence)
§ Assess intelligence sensitivity during all stages of a weapon system lifecycle and collaborate with Program Offices.
§ Research and provide technical intelligence, develop intelligence-related products, and identify adversary capabilities (current, future, and emergent) to support offensive and defensive space control programs.
§ Participate in and facilitate Integrated Concept Teams (ICT), technical exchange meetings (TEM), intelligence support working groups (ISWG), and other forums. Tasks include sending invites, setting up conference rooms, capturing meeting notes, and disseminating them to Government leaders.
§ Interface with the Intelligence Community (IC) to acquire specialized intelligence products that inform key senior leadership decision-making requirements.
§ Analyze intelligence support requirements, identify ISR-related deficiencies, and guide efforts to resolve them.
§ Draft, coordinate, and update SpOC concepts and operational acceptance plans. Provide weekly status updates on system delivery, operational transition, sustainment, or disposition of concepts and capabilities.
§ Support Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) across collateral and SAP portfolios.
§ Review Security Classification Guides (SCGs) for discrepancies/changes and provide updated recommendations.
§ Perform intelligence PCPAD (Planning, Collection, Processing, Analysis, and Dissemination) architecture analysis to ensure system supportability and feasibility.
§ Identify and develop PCPAD-related exercise objectives, plan tabletop exercises (TTX) and rehearsal of concept (ROC) drills, and provide lessons learned for ongoing programs and future concept developments.
§ Create presentations at multiple security levels aligned with program office objectives and acquisition milestones. Assist in developing and presenting decision briefs at senior leader forums.
§ Draft or review threat summaries or assessments in strategic planning and operations-related documents, ensuring alignment with authoritative threat references.
§ Support generation of JCIDS, Quick Reaction Capabilities, and Rapid Acquisitions requirements and documents (e.g., CONEMP, CONOP, CDD/CPD).
§ Write, submit, coordinate, and track intelligence requirements in databases such as COLISEUM, SMART, CSRP, and MINERVA.
Qualifications: Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence, National Security, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in intelligence integration, space operations, or related fields.
SKILLS:
§ Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
§ Proficiency in IC databases and tools (e.g., COLISEUM, SMART).
§ Ability to facilitate and document meetings effectively.
§ Familiarity with JCIDS and acquisition processes.
Preferred Attributes:
· IC and DoD
· Knowledge of electromagnetic warfare (EW) and space control programs.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interfacing with senior leadership and mission partners.
