Job Description

Our client is a Nationwide Law firm specialized in labor, employment, civil rights, employee benefits, and immigration law. They are currently recruiting a full-time permanent Litigation Paralegal for their Irving Office located near the Irvine Business Complex.

This position will support an office with 53 litigation attorneys.

The Hiring Manager is looking for a self-motivated candidate with at least 2 years of solid California litigation experience including subpoenas, background checks, and trial calendars.

Previous experience with employment law is an asset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing client documents
• Regularly conduct litigation, criminal, and civil background checks
• Assists with preparation of motions
• Identify and prepare all documents for production
• Managing exhibits and all evidentiary matters
• Conducts online research
• Able to juggle multiple assignments
