Job Description
- We are currently seeking a software quality engineer with deep level expertise in web security (with knowledge of security protocols), executing full application end-to-end tests, knowledge of federation and IAM solutions.
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Performing regular and advanced software security testing (Fuzzing and Penetration)
- Create project releases and release plans
- Validate solutions with advanced security protocols.
- Perform full metric tests with IAM solutions, tracking quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
- Monitor debugging process results, performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Skills:
- Proven work experience in software development and software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with white box and black box testing, writing integration and end-to-end tests, and automated testing tools
- Experience with penetration frameworks and fuzzers.
- Experience with security protocols (LDAP-S, SAML, WS-Federation, SCIM, OAuth, and OIDC), security, federation services and forest system context management for application systems
- Advanced experience with script development (PowerShell/Python preferred)
- Experience in software development in following programming languages, .NET, Java, and JavaScript
- Experience integrating IAM solutions such as Azure Active Directory, Duo, MIM, Okta, IGA tools like Sailpoint and Saviynt
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience with performance and security testing
- Sound knowledge of all procedures, standards, and regulations for authorization and authentication, applied cryptography, and security vulnerabilities
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Demonstrated excellent technical writing skills and project/program management experience
Education: - Bachelor's degree in a related field, 6 - 9 yearsRequired
