Client Client is looking for a highly motivated and innovative Senior Writer in the Bay Area to continue to scale Non-Genuine Conversion programs (NGC). The program has been helping users inadvertently using non-genuine Client software to migrate to genuine Client apps. We have grown more than 10x in recent years and are set to continue to grow by improving existing experience and reaching to new audiences. Job Description The Senior Writer will develop of content, copy and concepts for individuals and organizations. You will write across a wide range of mediums and formats, including case studies, various digital experiences, PowerPoint, and email communication. This position provides a big opportunity to grow and to use your creativity as our team is constantly part of many simultaneous initiatives involving multiple audiences, products, and stakeholders. Responsibilities • Write content for UX or eCommerce environments, including notification cards, landing pages, and product in-app dialog boxes. • Write content for the organization segment, including business case studies, blog clips, whitepapers, knowledge base articles, and phone scripts. • Work with program teams to understand business objectives and user needs. • Collaborate with team members to determine conceptual and copy direction for digital experiences, online and offline branding, and integrated communications solutions. • Translate direction and briefs into engaging and effective messaging and copy concepts. • Ensure the use of a consistent "Client Cares” voice and approved Client Genuine messaging hierarchy in every execution. • Collaborate with clients as a brand journalist to uncover the stories and insights that lead to meaningful messaging and concepts. • Learn and collaborate with peers, mentors and managers in a multi-disciplinary environment. • Drive strategic brainstorming, content development, and creative execution. Requirements • Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university program with an emphasis on English, communications, advertising, journalism or other related field. • 6+ years of experience in a copywriting role in a professional services/agency environment. • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for diverse channels and audiences. • Know-how on writing clean copy for multiples mediums, like blog clips, case studies, and/or whitepapers. • Track-record on writing for globalization and understanding cultural sensitivities • Experience in technology companies or writing about the technology environment • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload. • Understanding of graphic design, web development, interaction design and an appreciation of the relationships between textual, visual and functional elements. • Desire to learn and apply skills in a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment. • Passion for great storytelling and systems thinking.
