The challenge The Digital Experience Marketing Team team is looking for a Content Strategist to help plan and execute a content to support global campaigns. In this global role, you will partner closely with campaign marketing directors, campaign journey managers, creative directors, producers, and measurement teams. You will ensure campaign marketing assets are produced and available to the corporate and regional teams implementing programs. The role requires working cross functionally with internal stakeholders including demand marketing, partner marketing, product marketing, communications and other teams as required. What you'll do You will plan, develop, implement, and track the content required for integrated marketing campaigns that touch every part of the customer journey. Content strategy and orchestration: Develop a comprehensive strategy for content and assets required for the campaign by partnering with the journey manager to ensure content is aligned with the campaign strategy, customer journey, and relevant for the customer across channels. Program management: Share program strategy and solicit feedback from internal partners and channel owners across advertising, PR, social, demand, field, and web to plan engaging content experiences across customer journeys. You will be responsible for the overall program management of a complete content plan. Strategic briefs: Develop briefs that synthesize large amounts of information from industry topics, to subject matter experts, to primary research into audience-centric insights that can inspire our creative team to do their best work. Measurement: Work with marketing operations to define success metrics for campaign content. Set goals and measure influence on both pipeline creation and sales revenue. Work with both demand and field organizations to share insights for optimizing content for email, landing pages, videos, social and other channels. Budget management: Plan, track, and reconcile marketing budget for content creation in partnership with the creative and production team. You will manage costs within budget and work to minimize costs and maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Skills: What you need to succeed

    • 3+ years content marketing experience in enterprise software or a technology related field
    • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic marketing environment with global stakeholders
    • Strong communications skills and experience in story-telling
    • Understanding of customer segmentation, targeted personas and account intelligence processes to develop effective personalized communication to ensure relevant content reaches the right audience
    • Understanding of global content needs and localization
    • Precise attention to detail with creative acumen insightful analysis, ability to manage tactical details across multiple projects with flawless execution
    • Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork & project management skills

    Knowledge of Client solutions desirable Education: Languages: English Read Write Speak Skills: Required
