Duties: Job Description The challenge In this role, you will lead, motivate, and empower teams to deliver innovative features while maintaining engineering excellence for Client 3D & Immersive (3D&I). Join a growing Business Operations team and work hand-in-hand with an agile software development team focused on delivering high-quality products to empower the next generation of 3D creatives. Client 3D&I is one of the fastest growing teams at Client - our work is changing the impact 3D users have all over the world! We are looking for an exceptional Program Manager to support a super motivated team of engineers, researchers, labs, sales and marketing partners and incredible and exciting tools. What you'll do Lead all aspects of program management for Client's 3D&I and our cloud services ensuring the right features are developed and delivered on time and with the highest quality Drive day-to-day progress of programs & projects while keeping teams informed and engaged at various levels of management Identify potential risks, create mitigation plans and engage the right partners to remove obstacles to success Lead the prerelease (Beta) programs to get the latest versions of software in front of early adopters. Gather valuable customer feedback and feed it back to the teams for a virtuous cycle of product improvements Comfortable with ambiguity, fast and changing environments and a passion for process improvement - all must haves! Skills:

• Minimum of 7-8 years' experience as a project or program manager in software, SaaS and/or related industry
• Experience in Agile, Lean and/or Scrum methodologies, ability to drive and develop new process(es) or methods in global and matrix organizations
• Ability to read an audience, engage and encourage action
• Have you worked with Jira, Airtable, and Slack? A passion for learning and improvement is what we value most
• Be the voice of the customer, use your intuition, seek customer inputs and translate them to product features and benefits
• Be self-motivated and with a proactive ability to seek unknowns, build strong relationships and with a strong bias to action
