Duties: Client Genuine Experience Designer Client Genuine team (AGT) is looking for a highly motivated and innovative UX designer in the Bay Area to continue to scale Non-Genuine Conversion programs (NGC). The program has been helping users inadvertently using non-genuine Client software to migrate to genuine Client ones. We have grown more than 10x in recent years and are set to continue to grow by improving existing experience and reaching to new audiences. Job description We are searching for a qualified candidate to help us grow revenue and conversion rates for the programs of our industry-leading Non-Genuine Conversion programs. This position requires a solid experience of end-to-end design process and proven track-record on visuals and navigation designs for B2C ecommerce or product applications. You will collaborate with our strong interdisciplinary team to understand the multiple customer audiences, identify customers' needs, develop user journeys and design and deploy high-quality user experiences. You will have big opportunity to grow and to use your creativity as our team is constantly part of many simultaneous initiatives involving multiple audiences, products, and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Partner with UX Research to create or improve each audience's personas and user journeys Collaborate with the team to create new customer journeys for new audiences and find improvement opportunities for existing user bases For each user base, create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, visuals and navigation design for webpages, in-app message cards, and pop-ups Collaborate with Client's core design team to ensure that NGC's pages are consistent with branding guidelines Conduct usability test to collect user feedback and gather new insights Work with product and engineering teams to map available communication channels and understand how to efficiently use those to improve the experience Understand web pages authoring framework of Client using template driven workflow, based on top of web content management software AEM. Work with Web Production team to understand authoring capabilities and adapt to it Present your designs to the design team and all the stakeholders Skills: Skills and Qualifications 5-7 years of experience working in the UX field, or equivalent A professional portfolio showing a variety of well-executed UX design work Visual design skills, including a proven understanding of design fundamentals Experience in creating clear, concise, and actionable design documentation Understanding of UX research methods, including surveys, focus groups, and A/B testing; Good understanding of usability test tools (usertesting.com is preferred) Proficiency in Client Creative Cloud tools The ability to balance several initiatives successfully and shift priorities as needed Excellent collaborative and communication skills (both verbal and written) to work with business leaders, product teams, analytics teams, and engineering teams; proven record of working across teams with geographically remote team members. Preferred knowledge: Basic knowledge of associated web technologies HTML, CSS and JavaScript Understanding on Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent college coursework in web design, graphic design, computer science or usability Languages: English Read Write Speak Skills: Required
