We are looking for an Education Strategy Consultant to join our consulting team and provide educational expertise to Intellum clients. In this role, you will offer guidance and support to clients, consulting on their education program strategy, development, and growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and launching education programs in corporate environments, with emphasis on strategic program development. This means you have a solid understanding of all the moving parts necessary to launch a successful, engaging, and impactful education program that meets the organizations goals. You also have direct experience consulting on educational topics such as developing a needs analysis, identifying audiences, and building an effective content strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides strategy consultation to clients on the topics of education goal setting, audience analysis, content strategy, curriculum development, and measurement.

• Proactively identifies client needs and develops customized consulting solutions

• Facilitates training for consulting clients on fundamental topics such as training needs analysis, audience analysis, content strategy, and measurement and assessment

• Manages consulting projects and adheres to promised deliverables and timelines

• Collaborates with the education team to provide resources, recommendations, and scaled learning opportunities

• Continually develops and makes improvements to their approach through feedback-gathering, cross-team collaboration, and experimentation

• Stays abreast of developments, trends, and tools in the areas of learning and instructional design by using the full Boost Budget and attending conferences

• Executes multiple projects within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years experience in developing and growing education, training, and/or L&D programs for professional organizations
• 2+ years experience in consulting, coaching, or formally mentoring others in the topics of education and/or program management
• Demonstrated facilitation and training skills for both in-person and virtual trainings
• Strong consultative skills such as active listening, problem solving, clear communication, credibility, time management, and conceptual thinking
• Strong conversational and business writing skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects, activities, and to work independently with minimal supervision
• Highly curious team player with a growth mindset
• Excellent organization, planning, judgment, and time management skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Occasional irregular work hours
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, etc.
• Extended time viewing a computer monitor
• Sitting or standing for extended periods of time
