IntellyDoc is a SaaS startup focused on contract and workflow automation for mid-size and enterprise companies in various industries. We are looking for a highly motivated sales leader [with co-founder potential] to join our budding startup team, and here's who we’re looking for to fill this role:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Responsible for collaborating with the founder to develop IntellyDoc’s sales process and identify top sales development reps and account executives to implement strategy.
-Train and develop sales representatives to effectively sell our software solution.
-Outbound calling & email prospecting to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities - from end-to-end.
- Create and prioritize target prospect lists and help develop sales rep quotas, and other metrics.
-Utilize a consultative selling approach to provide value for our customers.
-Perform online product demonstrations to prospects.
-Update CRM system daily with all sales activity. (Call, Demos, Meetings)
- Testing different outreach methods (email subject lines, value propositions, etc) to find the best ones that work for you
-Accurately report activity and opportunity on a weekly basis to team leader.
-Be accountable for a monthly quota of sales.
WHAT EXCITES US!
- 5+ years of B2B software sales quota-carrying experience and a strong track record of closing deals with customers with 100 - 1K+ employees.
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating skills; consultative sales approach with a product-centric mindset.
- Experience working with sales development and deploying a vertical focused revenue strategy.
- Interest or experience in workflow, automation, document management and/or collaboration products and a desire to create strategic relationships that help our customers succeed.
- Excitement to work in a high-growth environment and to help build processes and tools as needed.
- Desire to get (more) technical and the ability to learn the ins and outs of IntellyDoc’s product roadmap.
