Job Description

Inter-Co Division 10 Inc. is an established commercial construction subcontracting firm specializing in the distribution and installation of Division 10 specialty products. We have been a leader in the North American market for over 30 years and we complete hundreds of construction projects each year. We are a growing company and are looking for a talented, committed and experienced Estimator to join us as a Sales Representative in our satellite office in Indianapolis, IN or Cincinnati, OH. Knowledge of specialty products such as toilet partitions, lockers, glass & glazing and/or wall protection is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Active sales & customer-development
• Quoting jobs for General Contractors by reading architectural plans and specifications
• Source products from various suppliers to obtain competitive material cost
• Phone customers to follow up on quotes sent in order to secure Purchase Orders
• Negotiate with customers to close business and maximize profits for the company

Other:

• Full time position; hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30 am to 2:00 pm on Friday
• Eligible to enroll for health insurance after 3 months of employment
• Eligible to enroll into 401K plan after waiting period
• This position will be responsible for our satellite office in Indianapolis, IN or Cincinnati, OH
• This position is a hybrid role working from home 3-4 days per week and travelling to our Columbus, OH office 1-2 day(s) per week
