Job Description
As a Technical Support Specialist you will provide outstanding customer service and technical support to our clients. You will provide assistance regarding software or hardware operations to resolve problems.
Maintaining records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support. Work with manufacturer service departments to resolve issues.
Assist Sales staff in resolving any customer issues. Assist Project Management staff in bids and procurement.
REQUIREMENTS
As a Technical Support Specialist, you must have at least 2 years experience in a customer service related position.
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related field
Basic computers knowledge, software and hardware
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Exceptional customers service skills
Proficiency in Windows platform and MS Office.
Prior experience in Security, CCTV, IT, and Audio/Video industry desired.
Cisco Certifications CCNA, CCNP Desired.
