    RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

    ·         Receive customer contacts directly via phone, email or electronically. Consistently respond to all inquires in a professional and timely manner.

    ·         Ensure processing order tasks are completed accurately, with attention to detail and customer requirements

    ·         Maintain a current working knowledge of company products, operating systems, and standards with all aspects of customer service

    ·         Coordinating with the warehouse team and suppliers for complete planning of loadings and pickups including providing instructions

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    ·         High school diploma or higher

    ·         At least 2 years’ experience and/or training in a service-related industry

    ·         Time management skills and ability to manage multiple orders at once.

    ·         Must be detail oriented with excellent follow up skills

    ·         Competent verbal and written skills

    ·         Experience using software technology, such as e-mail, Microsoft Office, etc

    ·         Ability to work in a team environment, with an active role in their own development by integrating coaching/feedback on performance into daily routines

    ·         Background in Logistics or Transportation is necessary

    ·         Ability to lift up to 40lbs
