Proven Mortgage is re-opening its BEAST program to train new Mortgage Loan Officers. The BEAST (Best Ever Agent Sales Training) program over 45 DAYS will teach you the fundamentals of the business, what the different loan products are and when they are appropriate for borrowers, how to speak with borrowers and how to structure and price mortgage loans. You will take the NMLS test and begin getting licensed in the states Proven Mortgage does business and begin building your pipeline.

A career as a mortgage loan officer can be extremely lucrative. The January 2020 class of new entrants are currently averaging over $20k/month and you can, too. There is No Experience Necessary to start this program, but prior experience in sales is an absolute plus.

The BEAST program has been written by the most experienced and successful Mortgage Trainers in the industry, focused on getting you up to speed and ready to help borrowers and make money as quickly as possible. All that is required of you is drive, passion and work ethic and the BEAST program can help you become a world class Mortgage Loan Officer with a six-figure income!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• No experience necessary, prior sales experience a plus
• Drive and desire to do what it takes to succeed
• Hard work and willingness to put the hours in and sacrifice to build a career
• Ambition to become the best in the industry
• Ability to take constructive feedback and constantly learn how to improve
• Multi-tasking in a high-volume call center
• Passion for Sales and Helping Customers
• Must be willing to work 40+ Hours a week and some weekends
• Ability to PASS the NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage License System) exam with training provided

COMPENSATION:

• Hourly (No Draw)
• Commissions as you grow
• Fully Licensed Qualified Loan Officers can make over $25k per month!
