We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our rapidly growing company. These sales-oriented individuals will be primarily responsible for working with clients interested in buying homes and identifying which FHA/VA or conventional loan option best meet the borrower’s financial needs and objectives.

We will provide you with all the training, marketing tools and support you will need to be successful. Your training includes obtaining your National Mortgage License required for closing mortgages. We are currently utilizing the most advanced technology in the industry to give our mortgage professionals an edge over the competition.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Professionally and energetically manage incoming leads and conduct outbound marketing calls
•  Effectively communicate loan products and mortgage process
•  Guide borrowers through the loan application process
•  Analyze credit for potential borrowers
•  Collect documents for loan processing
•  Communicate with borrowers throughout the entire loan process
•  Manage client calendar
•  Utilize Encompass System for tracking Mortgage pipelines

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: 

•  Associates Degree or higher (Preferred)
•  At least 1 year of inside/outside sales experience
•  Energetic and upbeat personality
•  Ability to communicate professionally to customers, colleagues, and management
•  Strong attention to detail: Highly organized
•  Maintain confidentiality
•  Self-starter
•  High volume atmosphere: meet deadlines and multi-task with ease
•  Familiarity using MS Office Suite applications
