    CSI is looking to hire a sanitary process piping expert with a broad understanding of manufacturing, inspection, welding, and the management of people. You will be responsible for the creation, management, and maintenance of the CSI Quality System starting with manufacturing processes through to final inspection and documentation. You will be required to mentor and evaluate other inspectors and technician’s performance to increase overall output and efficiency within their department.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    Education/Training:

    Associates Degree, required

    • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred

    Technical emphasis, required

    AWS QC1 CWI inspector, preferred

     

    Experience:

    • Sanitary Process Piping experience, required
    • 5 + years of job-shop manufacturing experience
    • 2 + years of experience inspecting process piping and components
    • Process Control Procedures / Document Control (GDP) experience
    • Microsoft Explorer (expert)
    • Microsoft Excel (expert)
    • Microsoft Word (proficient)
    • Knowledge of pharmaceutical Equipment manufacturing
    • Knowledge of ASME Section IX welding qualification
    • Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and processes

     

    This position requires the ability to interact with employees verbally and in writing, remain in a stationary position for 80% of the workday, have close visual acuity, and constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a phone, copy/fax/scan machine, computer keyboard and mouse with or without reasonable accommodation. This position also requires the ability to occasionally lift, stoop, bend, and lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
