    InterVision is seeking a SYSTEMS ENGINEER– COLLABORATION (POST-SALES SYSTEMS) to participate in engineering projects for client companies. This is a field, customer service, facing role. This position will assist in solution planning, designing, and implementations solutions, working on a team with senior engineers, project management office, sales team, and the customer. You will be working with leading-edge Unified Communications and Collaborations Solutions (Hybrid and Cloud) and others that we offer our customers.

    • 5+ years designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration technologies
    • 5+ years designing, implementing, and supporting Network Infrastructure (switching, routing, firewall) from any vendor
    • Ability to work on multiple projects/assignments in parallel
    • A high degree of autonomy and organization
    • Strong desire and aptitude for learning new technologies (especially related to cloud services and architectures)
    • Ability to work flexible work schedules
    • Ability to thrive in sales-driven, pay for performance environment
    • Strong customer service focus
    • Strong technical writing and documentation skills
    • Technical Skills or Certifications:
      • Cisco CCNP or CCIE Voice/ Collaboration Certification
      • Strong networking skills
      • Ability to automate work tasks and processes using programming languages (Python and/or JavaScript)
      • Proficiency in designing and deploying Cisco Collaboration Cloud and Hybrid solutions
      • Proficiency in designing and deploying Cisco Customer Contact Solutions, including IVR scripting

    SOME OF THE EXCITING WORK YOU WILL ENCOUNTER:

    • Lead and implement small to medium scale projects, following the scope of work defined.
    • Solve and troubleshoot technical issues, including service down situations.
    • Develop planning, design, and implementation documentation for assigned projects and tickets. This includes word documents, spreadsheets, and diagrams.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers on technical subjects, e.g. demos, end-user and administrative training, and professional services project proposals.
    • Assist the presales organization by identifying customer requests, preparing scope of work documentation, and deliver proposals, in the professional services context opportunities.
