    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Hit a glass ceiling? We are looking for an energetic Court Partnership Manager to present our traffic violator program to the courts. The right candidate needs to be familiar with how the court system operate.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Manage the court outreach and build solid relationships with court clerks, district attorneys, and judges.

    · Build partnership with government court entities to provide court case referrals to our court diversion programs.

    · Develop business strategies to improve court partnership program

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    · Prior experience working with courts, traffic programs, attorneys, or any government agencies that deal with courts

    · Computer skills must include intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Office; the capacity to quickly acquire knowledge related to software and processes.

    · CRM experience is a big plus

    · Qualified applicants could work independently, take responsibility for a task and follow through to completion, gracefully handle frequent interruptions, shifting priorities, and demonstrate the ability to handle confidential/sensitive materials.

    · Ability to communicate internally and with clients in a professional manner effectively.

    · Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and court projects simultaneously.

    · Strong verbal and written communication skills.
