Interactive Resources is seeking a Web Development Manager to join our dynamic team! This role collaborates with our creative and account management teams to plan, build, and launch digital solutions for our clients. As the Web Development Manager, you will lead technical delivery services, providing guidance and oversight to development resources to ensure a high-quality build and industry-standard level of technical implementation and security.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web development (both frontend and backend) and will be comfortable taking a hands-on approach when appropriate. The candidate will need prior experience managing small teams, providing mentorship, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams. The Web Development Manager must also be comfortable coordinating with external third-party developers to partner on complex, time-sensitive projects.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Manage the development of web-based frontend and backend for client teams
• Guide the technical implementation of integrations
• Effectively bridge the gap between highly technical engineering teams and the non-technical creative team members
• Set up and execute deployment processes
• Provide code reviews
• Streamline use of collaborative tools to support an efficient workflow
• Coordinate and configure hosting
• Track and manage technical project resources

What You Need:

• 3-5years of experience working with all phases of web design and
• development
• 1-2years of experience in managing a team of web developers
• Proficient with internet/website technology, WordPress, some Drupal , PHP, HTML, CSS, project management tools
• Knowledgeable about web design, UX/UI and development best practices
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
