    The Role You Will Play

    • You will partner with our Customer Support and Software Engineering teams to handle technical escalations on behalf of our members.
    • You will serve as a Level 2 & 3 analyst solving complex technical issues as it relates to Digital Banking Operations.
    • You will get your hands dirty on the latest technologies including proprietary mobile-first platforms and cloud technologies like AWS.
    • You will get to do work that matters and that will make an impact on how we grow our business and more importantly, how we serve our members and partners.

     

    About Our Community

    • We are moving! We were founded in Southern California, but we are in the process of relocating to Austin Texas!
    • As we search for our new HQ office, this position will be fully remote!
    • In the future, after we build our new HQ Office you will have the option to telecommute 2-3 days per week.

     

    Background Profile:

    • Expertise in Banking Operations AND the technology that supports it.
    • 2+ years’ Experience in online banking and troubleshooting back end systems.
    • Exposure to SQL and how to query the database in order to troubleshoot complex issues
    • Working knowledge of PowerShell
    • BS in Information Technology or equivalent experience
