The position requires a creative self-starter with the ability to follow clear instructions and an interest in marketing and online sales.

The right candidate will display a motivated attitude and an eagerness to excel in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be current college students pursuing a degree in marketing, graphic design, business, or related field and have an eagerness to learn and develop online marketing skills. Candidates may earn college credit if approved by their college/university.

This is an excellent opportunity to interact with professionals learning to develop and cultivate proven creative marketing techniques.

Throughout the course of the internship you will:

• Learn how to navigate WordPress and manage many different sites at the same time
• Learn valuable SEO and SEM strategies and skills
• Learn how to manage a company’s digital presence on multiple channels
• Experience different tasks wearing a lot of different creative hats
• Show off and improve your writing and original content creation skills
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Learn basic knowledge of IT and computer systems through collaboration with other departments
• Gain valuable knowledge about a quickly growing industry
• Learn how to effectively analyze the competition and perform various types of digital research
• Learn how to analyze data and use that information to make intelligent marketing decisions
• Take photos and shoot video in a 400,000 sqft warehouse on a 40+acre industrial campus

Qualifications

• Advanced internet and computer skills. 
• Experience with photo or video editing software is preferred.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).
• Strong business and professional writing skills
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in internet research and data compilation.
• Enjoy working in a high-paced atmosphere and manage deadlines.
• Competency using graphic design and editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience editing sound vand video is a plus.
• Must be naturally driven to produce high quality results with great care
• Excellent decision-making and advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing and building a WordPress website is preferred. 
• Competence taking digital photos and video
• Expertise operating a drone is a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ABILITIES

• Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance

• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs.

• Full-time and Part-time Internships are available. 

• Operating hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM.

• Consistent work schedule

• Pay rate is $8-10/hr.
