MARKETING COORDINATOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Review first drafts from the team for website/landing pages, emails, and PPC creative to assure aligns to requirements/needs • Send notes to Pat and review his site drafts - based on Eric/my direction • Email drip - review first draft from writer • PPC - I will kick off creative testing and the Coordinator to monitor performance and initial optimization • Review designer first round drafts to assure meets requirements • Refine business development pitch materials as requested • Assist in CEO and Marketing lead in ad hoc projects
REQUIREMENTS • 2-5 years of notable experience in Digital Marketing; B2B experience a plus • Strong knowledge of GoogleSuite as well as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, a plus • Strong ability to multitask • Excellent people management, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail • Person to be US based • Time: approximate 5-12 hours per week; flexible hours
