ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Overview: You will be spearheading a best-in-class social media content strategy for multiple clients across channels. You will be responsible for executing tactics to drive key KPIs for engagement and account health & growth.

Requirements:

• Develop, oversee, and publish content for social media platforms that appeals to target audiences and aligns with the brand's goals
• Ideate and execute engaging social media activations and develop innovative content that breaks through the noise
• Work closely with the Social Media Supervisor and the Public Relations team members to collaborate on client accounts
• Community Management: monitor and engage in brand-related conversations across platforms, responding to messages and comments on social pages
• Client Communications: being in direct contact with clients and ensuring they are informed and satisfied
• Manage dashboard with regular reporting metrics, analytics, and insights tovisualize social media campaign results

• Agency / client-facing experience for B2B and B2C clients
• Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for mapping out social feeds that feel unique to each brand
• Tech-savvy, strategic thinker that can define goals and offer insightful recommendations
• A self-starter with expert knowledge of the digital space and proactively brings new ideas to the table
• Experience with social media data analytics & publishing tools
• A strong communicator who is a pleasure to work with and a team player

• Graphic design skills / experience with editing tools for content creation
• Experience with paid social ad campaigns / digital marketing campaigns
• Influencer Marketing insights and experience
