Extremely rapidly scaling tech powered public relations and digital public relations firm is recruiting for a Sales Development Representative
We are looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative to join our innovative team. We’re looking for someone who has a dynamic work ethic, creative mind, data-driven decision making and a passion to deliver results that drive the growth of our company. This position will be instrumental in developing IDPR’s future sales leaders, collaborating with leadership across departments, playing a critical role in the success of the company. We have a fast paced, progressive environment with a structured sales development process
ABOUT YOU
- 2+ years of experience in sales management or sales development management, with an evident record of over achievement on quota expectations
- Prior closing-role experience in agency (preferably PR) consultative sales
- Confirmed experience successfully leading people to achieve performance goals
- Successful track record in a high-volume transaction sales environment
- Exceptional communication, social and time management skills
- Excellent presentation and listening skills
- Ability to thrive in a very dynamic environment
- Ability to hire, train and motivate new sales representatives
- Expert knowledge of the full sales cycle
- Experience of mature modern prospecting techniques
- Ability to provide situational coaching and advice and help guide leads to opportunities.
- Experience with CRM solutions: Salesforce.com preferred
- Related Bachelor's degree (required)
