• SmartBuyer is a pre-approval portal built specifically with your realtor partners and home buyers in mind. This tool allows you to set up the pre-approval parameters for your borrower's max PITI. Once set up your borrowers and realtor partners can simply input the terms of their offer and generate a pre-approval certificate based on the max PITI you established. This means no more spending weekend evenings generating preapproval letters!

• Smart Follow Up is our AI-powered follow-up engine that utilizes Email, SMS, and even automated voice messaging to help you follow up with your borrowers, referral partners all without you ever having to lift a finger. Imagine never forgetting to send a status update to an agent or forgetting a borrower’s birthday ever again.

• Dedicated in-house processors with top-level experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR​

• Min. of 2 years of experience as a Senior Loan Officer

• Product and guideline knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional Mortgages. Non-QM knowledge is a plus

• Willing to work company generated exclusive purchase and refinance leads

• Willing to promote self-generated business and build themselves as a brand

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Network with realtors and referral partners to generate loan applications

• Meet daily call and lead follow up quotas

• Advise borrowers on loan options

• Guide customers through the loan application process

• File loan applications and supporting documents

• Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans

• Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them
