Rate Central is our software tool that allows you to pull real-time rate quotes from ALL investors to make sure you have the best loan terms available for your borrowers.
InfinityClient is a tool that monitors all your current and past borrowers’ files for any mortgage triggers and lets you know immediately when one of your borrowers is in the market.
SmartBuyer is a pre-approval portal built specifically with your realtor partners and home buyers in mind. This tool allows you to set up the pre-approval parameters for your borrower's max PITI. Once set up your borrowers and realtor partners can simply input the terms of their offer and generate a pre-approval certificate based on the max PITI you established. This means no more spending weekend evenings generating preapproval letters!
Smart Follow Up is our AI-powered follow up engine that utilizes Email, SMS and even automated voice messaging to help you follow up with your borrowers, referral partners all without you ever having to lift a finger. Imagine never forgetting to send a status update to an agent or forgetting a borrower’s birthday ever again!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Min. of 1 year of experience as a Senior Loan Officer
Product and guideline knowledge of FHA, VA and Conventional Mortgages. Non-QM knowledge is a plus
Willing to work company generated exclusive purchase and refinance leads
Willing to promote self-generated business and build themselves as a brand
History of funding over $1 million per month
COMPENSATION
RESPONSIBILITIES
Network with realtors and referral partners to generate loan applications
Meet daily call and lead follow up quotas
Advise borrowers on loan options
Guide customers through the loan application process
File loan applications and supporting documents
Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans
Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them
