Remote Position
Essential Functions:
- Assist in the daily functions of the loan servicing department
- Image documentation to imaging system
- Assist with the transfer of loans from origination to new servicer (processing of goodbye letters, images and transfer of escrow funds)
- First point of contact for borrower questions and concerns
- Maintain strong relationship with sub-servicer, assisting with any questions and requesting work/information from them
- Act as a back-up for researching loans for Audit that require histories and document images from loan origination
- Assist in oversight of sub-servicer for non-performing loans by ensuring timelines are met and approvals are given timely for any loss mitigation efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of experience in mortgage servicing required with master servicer experience preferred
- Knowledge of all aspects of mortgage servicing, as well as mortgage origination process
- Ability to communicate effectively with borrowers, investors, Agencies
- Must be self-starter and able to work independently
- Experienced with Google software preferred (Mail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- MSP experience preferred
