    Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Dispatcher/Customer Service Rep to join their team. Daily duties consist of answering phones, administer all service and maintenance requests, dispatching field technicians, tracking job progress, and strong attention to detail when entering information into our HVAC Management software. Other responsibilities will consist of coordinating appointments, repairs and replacements as needed. Dispatcher will follow up with customers to ensure positive outcomes from start to finish for each project. The Dispatcher will be passionate and genuinely wants to help add comfort into homes for residence throughout California.     Responsibilities

    • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
    • Generate sales leads
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    • Take the extra mile to engage customers

    Skills

    • Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Familiarity with HVAC software systems and practices
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Positive Attitude and team player
    • Leadership skills
    • Use of computers and other electronic devices
    • Ability to preform in an ever-changing work environment
    • Highly organized
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    • Interest in learning the HVAC industry

    • Tech-savvy individuals are a plus

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
