    Recruiting

    1. Monitor Indeed account and My Cna account

    2. Email or call interested staff from Indeed or My Cna jobs to encourage them to

    apply

    3. Keep Indeed updated to ensure fellow staff members can pick up where you left off

    as needed

    4. Have knowledge of the staffing needs based on the current clientele of GHS/

    participate in the morning meeting at 9:15am.

    5. Conduct phone screenings and schedule orientation, update ersp

    6. Schedule PCA tests and make sure they are completed

    7. Send out emails or text messages with orientation information

    8. Call to confirm prior scheduled orientation participates

    9. Prepare new file folders for orientees

    10. Do orientation for new hires when scheduled and as needed

    11. Enter and turn over new hires in ERSP

    12. Ensure personnel file check list is complete and call to get missing information if

    it is not complete

    13. Send criminal background check information and follow up. Turn any adverse

    criminal information into VP of Ops

    14. Complete file and update ERSP, upon employee hire

    15. Setup and complete Gchex fingerprinting as needed.

    Human Resources

    16. Create a system to ensure all employees have nametags and uniforms

    17. Manage employee process /protocol at Lenbrook and communicate with their HR as

    needed including badging

     

    Training

     

    18. Train new hires regarding proper policy and procedures of GHS

    19. Train new hires on use of eRSP and clock in/clock out process

    20. Make sure new staff are aware of ongoing CEU’s needed to keep their employee

    file up to date

    Administration

     

    21. Assist with answering phones call and transferring calls to appropriate person

    22. Respond to emails

    23. Hold customer service in the highest regard

    24. File client files as needed

    25. File in staff files as needed

    26. Use planner daily

    27. Participate in monthly Sup Visit meetings and client file audits

    28. File all papers in client and/or staff files as necessary as needed

    29. Check messages and return phone calls

    30. Check fax machine, sort and distribute faxes, and replace fax paper as needed

     

    Other

    31. Other duties/special projects as assigned
