    Seeking a strategic thinker to lead supply chain and logistics operations, driving efficiency and fostering growth through innovative solutions.

    As a key member of the management team, you'll spearhead the development and execution of the supply chain strategy, collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service departments. Your role will involve identifying and implementing process improvements, optimizing key performance indicators, and streamlining operations for maximum productivity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Devise and execute the overarching supply chain strategy.
    • Foster collaboration across departments to optimize processes.
    • Define and monitor crucial supply chain metrics.
    • Innovate solutions to enhance efficiency.
    • Identify and address process bottlenecks promptly.
    • Mentor and evaluate team members, providing constructive feedback.
    • Cultivate strong partnerships with vendors and distributors.
    • Oversee inventory management to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
    • Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and manage pricing programs.
    • Direct warehouse operations and purchasing activities.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Harness the strengths of team members to maximize potential.
    • Clarify roles and responsibilities, and implement training programs.
    • Foster a positive and supportive work environment, enhancing internal communication.

    Requirements:

    • 5 years of Supply Chain Manager experience.
    • BA in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a similar relevant field.
    • 10 years of experience in leadership roles (minimum).
    • Experience with working and/or managing in a ISO 9000 and TQM environment
    • Project Management skills in group projects.
    • Team player
    • Able to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple detailed tasks.
    • Strong time-management skills
    • Critical thinker and problem-solver
    • Computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office- can develop spreadsheets (Excel preferred), and word processor.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Great analytical skills in root cause analysis, and corrective / preventive actions.
