Job Description

We are currently seeking a Design Engineer to add to our team. The Design Engineer is key in coordinating the resources and activities required to support new designs, design reviews, detailed analysis, and work instructions to produce top of the line quality products that meet customer requirements.

The successful candidate will:

• Develop and maintain standard engineering methods and tools used to develop new designs.
• Take accountability for design activities from concept through detail design to production release.
• Develop 3-dimensional CAD models along with related drawings and other documentation.
• Verify designs have adequate safety factors prior to releasing to production.
• Collaborate closely with customers to ensure products perform as expected and that they integrate seamlessly into the end platform.
• Review and approve documentation for transition from prototype to production.
• Provide engineering support to trouble shoot and diagnose non-performing product.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and a minimum of 4 years of experience in systems, designing, testing, and R&D within the aerospace industry are required. If this is you, please apply now!
