We're seeking an experienced Interior Architect / Project Manager to join a high-end interior design studio in Manhattan. This is a client-facing, end-to-end role: you'll draw the full construction set yourself and then run the job through to completion, including site visits as needed.

What you'll need:

\- 8+ years of experience at a boutique or small residential design firm

\- Strong AutoCAD skills, with the ability to personally draw high-end private residential projects

\- Solid command of industry standards, with the ability to refine and improve existing systems

\- Value engineering experience

\- Familiarity with Procore is a plus

\- Comfortable working in a Mac-based office

Nice to have: experience with wood veneer/grain sequencing, custom furniture design, and mentoring junior team members; familiarity with Studio Designer.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Manhattan (5 days per week), with occasional site visits.
