We are currently seeking a skilled Interior Carpenter to join our growing team. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality workmanship, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Perform a variety of interior carpentry and remodeling tasks ranging from small repairs to full home renovations.
Install and repair drywall, flooring, cabinetry, trim, doors, windows, and other finish carpentry components.
Assist with painting, framing, deck work, and general remodeling projects as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and technical drawings.
Collaborate with project coordinators, field supervisors, and team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to client specifications.
Maintain clean and organized job sites while following company safety procedures.
Deliver professional customer service and represent the company positively on every project.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in interior carpentry, remodeling, or a related trade.
Strong working knowledge of remodeling techniques, tools, and materials.
Experience with drywall installation, painting, flooring, kitchen cabinetry, doors, windows, decks, and finish work preferred.
Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Strong communication skills and a solid work ethic.
Commitment to quality craftsmanship and job site professionalism.
