Responsibilities: • Determine staging design through client consultations to aid in quick sale of the property • Collaborate with project management on all construction/design projects in order to meet or exceed clients’ expectations • Organize and attend both virtual and still photo shoots to help create enticing property presentations • Manage the process of furnishing and equipment selection, purchasing, and installation so staging is finished in a timely manner • Stay current on the latest design trends including decorating techniques, new materials, innovative tools and sustainability issues and implement them into every design project Qualifications: • Effective time management and organizational skills • Must hold a Degree/License in Interior Design and have at least 2 years of experience • Well informed on affordable and functional furniture systems and finishes • Ability to listen to a client’s needs and communicate potential solutions Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
