Our team is looking to add experienced, outgoing interior design professionals to our team. We have a long history of successful projects and repeat clientele in various market sectors. Responsibilities
- Attend client, planning and construction meetings
- Coordinate with project Architect, Manager, Director and outside project consultants
- Perform full extents of design process tasks inclusive of construction administration
- Selection of interior finishes, furnishings, artwork and interior signage
- Lead presentations and communicate design concepts using appropriate software
- Prepare FF&E budgets, purchasing packages and presentation materials
- Coordinate vendor and installation meetings
- Cultivate and market new clients while maintaining existing client relationships
- Works with a senior-level designer on more complex projects.
- Occasional travel required
Required Skills
- Interior Design Degree from Accredited University (required)
- NCIDQ (required)
- 3-5 years' experience
- Proficient in REVIT, Bluebeam, 3D software, Adobe suite and MS Office
- Self-motivated team player with good organization and communication skills
